When we went to pick it up the next day, the clothes were not ready and not on site. My son had to go buy a new suit.They said their machine had broken down. Their problem became our problem and not only were they rude, they refused to reduce the cost of the cleaning. So, not only did they not fulfill their contract, I still had to pay full price. I DO NOT recommend this cleaners!
