  I'm rating this company as a seller. I have a different agent & company taking care of my property, our buyer is using this company as their agent. I am rating based on correspondence between this company & my agent / myself. I will update after this contract is finalized (we have moved closing nearly 2 months already). I am posting 3 stars in hopes that this will motivate the agent to have more open lines of communication. At this point the buyer looks uncertain, I'm not sure if that is the case or if it is solely the ambiance created from the evasive maneuvering my agent has been getting on a professional level. I hope this agent & broker can make a big effort and really keep us informed from here on out & I can revise this to a shining 5 star review. If they do turn around from the way things have gone, they will deserve it, showing they are truly good people to do business with no matter which end you are on.
  
  10/6 Its been over 2 weeks since I posted this - no change. My closing date has been bumped from Aug 24 - Aug 31 - Sep 20 - Oct 20.
  
  10/24 The other agent has finally started corresponding with my agent. We are past our closing date but really hoping to be done soon. If she keeps this up I will revise my rating.
